Maria joined Extraco Banks with mortgage lending experience and extensive experience in human resources. During her career at Extraco Banks, she served in multiple leadership roles. She supported the mortgage loan origination team with all processing duties, as well as managed mortgage client interactions. She also became a certified Relationship Banker through Extraco’s award winning SWARM Banking^TM training and exemplified the SWARM Banking Methodology. Maria currently serves as Client Operations Manager supporting clients in various areas that include Human Resources and conference and event planning management. Maria also supports client contract management and invoicing for Extraco Consulting.
