Willie has over twenty years experience working in Information Technology. He has worked in internal Information Technology and has previously served in a leadership role as Network Engineering Manager for a national cable company during their rollout of the precursor to streaming video, Video on Demand. Since joining Extraco Technology in 2011, he has worked as a Field Technician and now serves as Director of Service Delivery. He is responsible for ensuring the team consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience. Additionally, he functions as a technical resource for the team, coordinator of service and project scheduling, and trains new employees.
