Lindsay has more than twenty-four years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in innovation, project management, marketing, information technology and information systems management, retail banking, digital delivery channels, operations, and public relations. Prior to her career at Extraco, she was part of a leadership team that initiated a de novo bank and grew the bank from de novo status to a mature community bank. At Extraco Banks, Lindsay has been responsible for retail innovation, project management, social media, retail hiring & training, and digital delivery channel development and management.

Lindsay serves(d) on the Strategic Leadership Team, Innovation Committee, LEAN Committee, & Technology Steering Committee. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University and attained her Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance. She is a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP), Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) & is Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified (LSSMBB). Lindsay serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Elders at her Church, Treasurer of the PTO, and on the Board for the Alumni Foundation for her local school district.

Lindsay is the President of Extraco Capital, an affiliate of Extraco Banks.  She is the President of Extraco Consulting, an affiliate of Extraco Banks assisting banks and credit unions throughout the United States.  She is also the Executive Managing Director of Extraco Technology, an affiliate of Extraco Banks supporting small to medium-sized businesses in central Texas with their network administration, IT projects, structured cabling, and more.
