Krista has more than five years of experience in the banking industry. During her career at Extraco, she has served in several leadership roles. Krista has served as a Senior Relationship Banker on the frontline and in Self-Directed Services, supporting our alternative delivery channels. Krista also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist and assisted in the full implementation of Human Resource Information Systems and full cycle recruitment. Krista has been instrumental in supporting and implementing Retail Innovation projects, as well as serving on retail taskforce teams. Krista has experience in training curriculum development, refinement and facilitation at Extraco Banks and with clients of Extraco Consulting. Krista has experience in monitoring employee engagement and developing and implementing solutions to enhance the employee and customer experience. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Baylor University and attained her Master of Business Administration from Tarleton State University.
