Davy came to Extraco with a strong background in sales and support services. Davy has served in a leadership role at Extraco for more than six years. Davy serves as one of Extraco’s regional managers, providing direct management of Extraco’s flagship location and manages the financial center managers of three additional high-traffic locations. Davy has championed retail hiring initiatives, customer experience quality and standards, employee talent development, and serves as a mentor to future leaders. Davy is directly involved in the development of his leadership team and works with the front-line to carry out Extraco’s mission, vision and culture. Davy also serves as a Training Coordinator for Extraco Consulting, assisting Extraco Consulting clients across the United States with training initiatives. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas A&M Central Texas with an emphasis in Management.
