Angela has over fifteen years of experience in the banking industry with a background in retail banking, call center management, and sales coaching. Before she came to Extraco, Angela was a small business owner and sales manager for a national bank. Angela began her career at Extraco in Self Directed Services managing the Customer Retention Unit. The Customer Retention Unit is responsible for making outbound calls targeted towards customer relationship growth and retention. Angela attained a Bachelor’s Degree and Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from Texas Tech University.
