Melody SpiveyClient Engagement Manager
Melody has over fifteen years of leadership experience, with ten years in the banking industry. Melody joined Extraco Banks in 2008. She supported the Retail training program as a SWARM Banking trainer for small branch locations. She has since served in multiple leadership positions throughout the organization including Retail Management, HR Generalist (responsible for full cycle recruiting for all lines of business), implementation and management of universal banker strategy in the call center environment, and project management. Most recently, Melody served as Manager of Self Directed Services at Extraco Banks, responsible for product launch, internal training, and management of alternative delivery channels including the call center, online banking, mobile banking, phone banking and live chat. She also managed the data analyst team in support of Extraco’s Business Intelligence strategy. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP).
