Melody SpiveyCustomer Optimization Manager
Melody has over thirteen years of experience in the banking industry serving in multiple leadership positions including Retail Management, Call Center Management, HR Generalist (responsible for full cycle recruiting for all lines of business), implementation and management of universal banker strategy in the call center environment, and project management. Prior to joining Extraco Consulting in 2018, Melody served as Manager of Self-Directed Services at Extraco Banks, responsible for the implementation, training and vendor management of the alternative delivery channels including the video tellers, call center, online banking, mobile banking, phone banking and live chat. She also managed the data analyst team in support of Extraco’s Business Intelligence strategy. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP).
