Maria came to Extraco with mortgage lending experience. During her career at Extraco Banks, she served in multiple leadership roles. She supported the mortgage loan origination team with all processing duties, as well as managed mortgage client interactions. She also became a certified Relationship Banker through Extraco's award winning SWARM Banking training and exemplified the SWARM Banking Methodology. Maria also had previous experience as a Human Resource Coordinator and utilizes her extensive human resources background to assist consulting clients in all HR facets. Maria is scheduled to become Adobe certified and Google Ad Words certified in 2017.
