Pam Kool

Pam has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in recruiting, commercial banking and corporate treasury management.  A graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Pam began her banking career at Fifth Third Bank in their Bank Associate Program.  This rotational management training program, as well as her years in commercial banking and ultimately recruiting for Fidelity Investments and Robert Half, gives her a solid foundation for assessing talent in the banking industry. At Extraco Consulting, Pam is responsible for assisting clients across the United States with talent acquisition initiatives.  She is integral to our clients’ transition to Extraco's Award Winning SWARM Banking methodology by using tailored recruiting and assessment programs to hire and retain Universal Bankers up through C-Level executives.
